SPOOKY SOUR
Ingredients:
50 ml Beefeater Dry
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
1 egg white
Green food coloring
Garnish: Matcha powder
Glassware: Coupe or martini glass
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients without ice until frothy.
Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a glass and garnish.
BLOODY MARGARITA
Ingredients:
50 ml Beefeater Blood Orange
15 ml agave syrup
10 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml fresh orange juice
2 dashes of Tabasco
Garnish: Black salt
Glassware: Elegant crystal coupe
Method:
Rim the glass with lime juice and black salt.
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
WITCHES' FIZZ
Ingredients:
5 big strawberries
40 ml Beefeater Pink
25 ml Blood Orange soda
Champagne or Prosecco
1 tsp water
1 tsp strawberry jam
Garnish: Witches’ Blood (strawberry jam)
Glassware: Champagne flute
Method:
Blend strawberries to create a puree.
Rim the glass with strawberry jam.
Add Beefeater Pink, puree, and Blood Orange soda into a flute.
Top with Prosecco and stir knigi1886.
