Riserva Don Salvatore: Amaro aged 18 months that emphasise dried fruits and mediterranean herbs from the original recipe and give to the amaro slightly toasted wood hints and a pleasant softness.
Production method: obtained from an 18 months ageing period in small oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Sensory profile: on the nose, notes of spices and dried fruits such as figs, berries, and plum added to a touch of licorice give an enveloping scentp; in the mouth, spicy notes lend warmth to the palate, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
Colour: characterised by deep brown color with red-gold hues.
Consumption tips
How to serve it: it is recommended to be enjoyed neat and at room temperature at the end of a meal or in moments of relaxation.
