Tasting notes
Nose
Initially somewhat somber, with roasted notes and cacao powder. The nose then gradually opens, like a floral bouquet. Linden leaves, jasmine and finally peony, highlighting the spicy dimension of the wine, with anise and cardamom. A vegetal andfruity freshness massages the overall sensation with chlorophyll, orange peel and green papaya.
Palate
he wine is broad and horizontal. It spreads across the palate, delicate then generous. Tactile. It caresses and stimulates at the same time, more on the sides of the tongue than the tip. Flesh of fresh peach and nectarine envelop sculpted bitter notes of citrus and gentian.

Product history
The 2015 winegrowing year was marked by striking contrasts in climate, starting with a particularly cold spring, followed by a prolonged period of hot, dry weather that lasted until the end of August. When the harvest began on 7 September, in brilliant sunshine, the vines were impeccably healthy, revealing the exceptional generosity and balance of the grapes. This vintage aromatic wine promises a remarkable aromatic richness, capturing the unique essence of the year.
