It all starts with our precise blend of botanicals: cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. The botanicals are suspended in a neutral grain spirit for 18 hours in macerating tanks. Steam jackets heat the macerate, and the vapors rise into the condenser, which cools them to form the gin.

1.5 oz Aviation Gin Expedition Strength

0.5 oz Maraschino Liqueur

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.25 oz Simple Syrup

1 tsp Creme De Violette

Combine all ingredients into mixing glass with Ice. Stir, then strain into Martini glass. Top with dashes of Bitters and garnish with Lemon Peel and Maraschino Cherry.
