Method of production: obtained by a distillation process that takes place in small distillers in order to obtain a pleasant, clear and residue-free gin; The distiller is gradually heated with steam, so as to ensure a smooth and regular flow of the distillate exiting the condenser.

Tasting notes
The nose recalls aromas of basil, herbs and lemons enriched by a mix of other aromas such as juniper, sage and thyme. In the mouth it proves refreshing and herbaceous fruit of the notes of fresh basil and Mediterranean herbs complemented, by hints of citrus and pepper.

Color: characterized by a transparent and crystalline color.
Consumption tips
How to serve it: excellent as a base for the preparation of traditional Gin Tonic or sophisticated cocktails such as Gin Basil Smash.

ITALIAN NEGRONI

This refreshingly bitter favourite is a classic Italian aperitif cocktail, reportedly created in Florence, Italy in 1919. The O'ndina Negroni keeps the serve authentically Italian, and delivers a strong, sweet aroma to complement the drink's bitterness.

Ingredients
- 1oz Gin O'ndina
- 1oz Campari
- 1oz Vermouth Rosso (O'ndina recommends 1757 Vermouth di Torino IG)
- Fresh basil leaves and orange peel to garnish

Preparation
Mix O'ndina with Campari and Vermouth Rosso in a tumbler glass, over a single, large ice ball. Stir gently until the liquid is cold. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and orange peel.
