Its formula includes natural cocoa, vanilla pods from Madagascar and elderflowers harvested in the foothills of the Alps.
We only use Tonda Gentile del Piemonte (literally, â€oround noble from Piedmontâ€_), an exceptional hazelnut which excellence isranteed by a protected geographical indication. This special hazelnut crop is completely absorbed by high-end confectionery makers, maître chocolatiers… and master distillers at Distillerie Francoli.

Tasting notes
Appearance: Clear, pale amber-yellow.
Aroma: Pungent toasted hazelnuts with acorns, buttered popcorn and cheescake base nose.
Taste: Sweet but not cloying. Popcorn, toasted hazelnuts, light honey, lightly burnt toast, cacao powder, sweet vanilla and mild peppery spice.
Aftertaste: Buttery popcorn, hazelnut, mocha coffee and cocoa powder.
Consumption tips
18-20° or with ice
Recipe
The Fratello Hazelnut Martini: equal measures of Fratello and Vodka, crushed ice, shake everything together for at least 15 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass and pop in a hazelnut, dust the rim of the glass with grated chocolate.
