Tasting notes
COLOUR: dark amber with sparkling gold reflections.
ON THE PALATE: initially sweet on the palate, Tia Maria quickly becomes more harmonious thanks to a discreet freshness and acidity which is typical of 100% Arabica coffee. This component cleanses the palate and invites further tasting. The primary components are instantly impactful on the palate and then leave space in the mouth for the rum's caramel hints and the fruity and soft notes of the vanilla.
FINISH: good persistency, the closing notes of coffee, vanilla and cacao remain intense.
