craft. The rums that are incorporated in the 12 Year Old Rare Casks are hand-selected and crafted with
Jamaican limestone-filtered water, withno added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of 12
years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

INGREDIENTS
2 parts Appleton Estate 12YO Rare Casks
12 coffee beans
Garnish: 3-4 whole coffee beans
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly muddle coffee beans(crack beans only, do not grind). Stir muddled beans with rum over ice. Strain rum into double old fashioned glass over one large ice cube and garnish with whole beans.
