Named in commemoration of the year in which the first expertly crafted tequila was unveiled, 1800 tequila still follows the standards of the original formula, created in the year 1975. 1800 Silver is made from 100% blue agave hand-picked from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico The plants take up to eight years to ripen and can only be harvested once. The liquid is double-distilled, and a special selection of white tequilas are blended together by the 1800 Maestro Tequilero for added complexity and character. The result is a premium tequila with a smoother, more interesting and superior flavour

Tasting notes
Nose: Soft, sweet, floral, fruit, agave. Palate: Clean, delicate, balanced and smooth. Finish: Medium with fruity peppery fade.
Consumption tips
Perfect sipped neat, on the rocks, as a shot or in a cocktail.

50ml 1800 Silver
5ml Lime Juice
Top Up Grapefruit Soda
DIRECTIONS: Build up and garnish with salt on the rim & Pink Grapefruit Wedge.
Product history
1800 is widely known as the year in which tequila was first successfully aged in wood. Originally known as Cuervo 1800 Tequila, 1800 Tequila was launched in 1975 as a premium sipping tequila. The Silver, Anejo and Reposado labels were introduced in 2004.Since 2008, it has been distributed in the US by Proximo Spirits.
