Celebrating over four decades of collaboration with Spain's finest sherry cask makers, the Paez family, we created this 10 year old single malt whiskey, aged for a minimum of 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks, married and finished in aromatic oloroso sherry butts from the Paez-Morilla bodega, Jerez, Spain. The result: The honeyed maltiness of the regular Bushmills 10 year old is intensified in this darker flavoured liquid, available only in Global travel retail.

Tasting notes
Nose: A full-bodied aroma of rich dried fruit and vanilla spice. Palate: A luxurious flavour experience with a complex sherry character of raisins and nuts, coupled with the signature honey and vanilla maltiness of Bushmills single malt. Finish: A long, dried fruit finish with notes of apple pie and sweet wood.
