Chivas 75

This whisky-based twist on a traditional French 75 is your new celebratory drink.

Ingredients
- 30ml Chivas XV
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Top with sparkling wine or champagne
- Cherry,to garnish

Champagne flute

Preparation
Pour Chivas XV into a cocktail shaker, along with lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Shake together with ice for approximately 6 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top up withsparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry.
Product history
Chivas XV was released in July 2018 and created by current Chivas Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, who wanted to create a new way to drink whisky in a celebratory style. Choosing casks that were previously used to mature cognacs to selectively finish Chivas'15-year-old blend adds a luxurious element to this blended Scotch whisky.
